Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. If you prefer delivery by a Carrier of your choice, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us informing us of your chosen method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We want to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we aren't either. That's why we will offer you 7 days to return any unwanted items back to us if you are not satisfied with your purchase(s). All you have to do is make sure that the items you wish to return are unused and undamaged.
Post all unwanted items within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund*. It's advisable to choose a reliable courier where you can track your items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the process of returns.
When returning any item(s) back to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a courier which provides tracking to ensure that your item does not get lost. Please ensure that returning items are well packed to prevent any damages.
Eastern Gold holds no liability for any damages or defects to goods that are caused by circumstances beyond it's reasonable control. All items that are returned to us will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged or used, no refund will be made.
*If you are returning an item, you will be liable for the cost of return.
